Lorica was born in Cordoba and raised in the beaches and Arboletes Uveros, peoples to the Caribbean Sea, burgeoning area of Uraba Colombia, scholar since childhood, a researcher of culture, study at the Musical Institute of Fine Arts in Cartagena de Indias Colombia in 1982, drawing curse Technica Continental USA California Schools, Fine Arts Drawing and Design 1985, practicing for 30 years with patience and hard work, practicing hard and eloquent ls Art Culture, love the landscape, human figure, still life and the color, style and manners and impressions with the brush loaded with color and joy, looking for the contrast of light and shadow, touching the natural theme of our people, their work, their joy, their daily lives, their sorrows and dreams.

Villages, farms, roads, places, coasts and the rural men, are a source of my inspiration. I hope to show them this humble plastic expression to all people and say what is our noble people, and how big are the dreams of the Colombian people, so highlight the Indian, the Black, Latino Americano hunger and every man who by his discretion appreciate and value and concept art in our continent.
